2014

My parents, Octavio and Victoria, were the backbone of the in-house janitorial team for a big regional newspaper. One day, they were let go. It was a tough hit, but they didn’t skip a beat. They started cleaning houses, rentals, and small offices—whatever they could to keep moving. I was 18, a senior in high school, and I watched them work harder than anyone I knew.

2014-2017

While my parents were building their reputation, I was out in the world. I worked at a bank and then at Nadco Tapes and Labels. That’s where it clicked for me. I watched the owners there fight every day for their company. I realized then that I didn’t want to just “have a job”—I wanted to build something that meant something.

October 2017

I was working during the day and taking a Marketing 101 class at the State College of Florida. One night, the professor was talking about brand building, and I just knew: Cleaning Pros of America was the move. I went home, talked to my parents, and we officially went all-in.

2017 – 2023

This was our “learning years.” Victoria, Octavio, and I were on the ground every day. We were expanding our client list, taking on bigger facilities, and making mistakes—but we never made the same mistake twice. We learned how to manage complex buildings and, more importantly, how to treat clients like partners in their journey to become Florida’s #1 Commercial Cleaning Company

2023-2025

This was our explosive growth phase. My sister, Adriana, stepped in as COO to help us turn our family hustle into a streamlined operation. During these years, we finally moved out of our home offices and trucks into our first brick-and-mortar headquarters. We also acquired At Your Service Cleaning Group a local Commercial Cleaning Company in Florida, allowing us to double down on the large-scale janitorial accounts that require our specific “Precision” approach.

2026 – current

Today, we’re a team of over 50 employees and cleaning partners. While the crew is bigger, our focus is narrower than ever: providing top-notch care for HOA/Condo Associations, Commercial Offices, Private Schools, and Industrial Facilities. We’re still the same family—we just have a lot more hands on deck to protect your property.
