Alejandro is Passionate about commercial cleaning and the satisfaction of our customers through our services. Having been around commercial cleaning since around the age of 12, Alejandro has performed every job and every service Cleaning Pros of America offers to our customers today. His current focus is strengthening the servant culture at Cleaning Pros of America and working with Adriana to create and implement systems that will make each team member in our organization succesful.
COO
Adriana’s experience first as an industrial engineer and later as Compliance manager for banking institutions, brings a rigid structure to our operations that drives us to succeed everyday. Adriana’s understanding of Alejandro’s vision is integral to the team’s success.
Operations Manager
Monte’s 30 years of experience in the janitorial industry, from cleaning himself, to managing commercial cleaning for facilities over 1 million square feet in size, brings a quiet confidence to compliment Alejandro’s Drive and vision. As cleaning Pros of America transforms and refines their focus, Monte’s contributions and experience are essential in this current season for Cleaning Pros of America.
